When it comes to hard work and consistency, Christina is a name that always comes to mind. No matter if she isn’t feeling well or overworked, somehow she finds herself in the gym, sometimes even doing RipFit and then CrossFit right after. She has a drive and a motivation that is unmatched, KEEP GRINDING CHRISTY. Like she always says “Slow and Steady Wins the Race”.

Tell us about yourself?
After about a 4-year hiatus from CF I found my new Home here at now Freakin. I tried so many different boxes but couldn’t seem to find one I meshed with. When I moved to Weston, I figured I’d give it one last shot and I’m so happy I did.

What made you start Crossfit?
I randomly fell into CF – I dropped in at a local Bootcamp which also had CF. I was so intrigued by the barbells being thrown around I had to try it out.

What have you learned since joining Freakin CrossFit?
Not to feel bad about scaling a workout. I listen to my body and scale as needed.

What is your proudest CrossFit moment?
Making amazing friends!

What’s your favorite exercise movement?
I love a long run. If you know me, you know cardio is my kryptonite.

What are your CrossFit goals?
Getting thru FRAN without losing the will to live.

What does your nutrition look like?
I intermittent fast Monday-Friday shooting for 40/30/30 (Carbs/protein/fats) and definitely indulge on Pizza and Beer on the weekends.

What is one tip you would give someone who is thinking about starting CrossFit or just started?
Be patient & It doesn’t get easier – you get stronger 😉

When you’re not CrossFitting, what is your favorite thing to do?
Binge-watching tv or filling my social cup out with friends.
